This week Pat is using some of his newfound knowledge of surfing to remind us that the fundamentals of any endeavour cannot be ignored during the process of progress. We don't forget how to walk once we start running and the same remains true for our relationships, our personal goals, our core values. Embracing the basics, applying them through the process of learning, and adding new skills, ideas and approaches is how the greatest foundations are built in all areas of life.
